Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm CET are packed the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. Dispatch takes 1–2 business days.
Delivery
Tracked delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over €80; below that it is a flat €6.9.
- Tracking number emailed as soon as the parcel leaves us.
- Parcels are packed in recycled board, folded flat where possible.
- Duties outside the EU, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Send anything unworn back within 30 days of delivery, tags on, for a full refund. A prepaid label is included in every parcel for French and EU addresses.
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 48 hours and we will sort it out at our cost.
